When an Application is launched, the application moves to Failed state. Expanding on the Application Launch Logs, show the error message 'Failed on creating gopaddle ns: Resource Package not found'.

This can happen when there are no nodes or nodepools on the target cluster.

Solution Check if there is a node pool and/or one or more nodes available in the target cluster. Relaunch the application. Under the Cluster View page, check if there is aleast one node pool in Running status.
